"I believe that holistic treatment of every employee, driver, athlete, or patient is the true path to the help I can provide as a doctor."

In my professional, research and scientific work, I primarily focus on the physiological aspects of the individual's workload, whether it is a professional athlete or an employee with a greater cardiovascular and pulmonary burden due to the nature of their profession. Using a broad approach to the issues of everyone present in the clinic, I strive to preventively target those health points that may be problematic in the future, and where necessary, I also treat existing health deficiencies.

Prevention and early recognition are the key to a quality and long life, which is the basic guideline of my work.”

"From my first encounter with medical textbooks, I felt that a preventive approach to medicine was closer to me than a purely curative one. Although I have always admired colleagues in curative medicine for their ability to solve complex health problems, I was drawn to the part of medicine that seeks solutions even before illness develops. My work in family medicine soon confirmed that both preventive and curative approaches are essential for comprehensive health care.

I see prevention as caring for the present with the future in mind—asking what we can do today to maintain or even improve our health tomorrow. Prevention is not about promises or quick fixes, but about science and evidence-based medicine.

Health care does not begin with a doctor or a medical institution, but where we live, work, and spend our free time. It is in these environments that the foundations for a healthy and fulfilling life are created."

"After completing my professional exam, my interest in infectious diseases led me to realise that true recovery is rare without addressing underlying chronic conditions. This understanding guided me toward preventive medicine, where I found my professional mission.

Occupational medicine defines the health requirements needed to safely perform work and promotes measures and lifestyle changes that support both work ability and long-term health.

For me, occupational medicine is the foundation of a holistic approach to health and a responsibility to individuals, the workforce, and society. Through prevention, I strive to support healthier individuals and a stronger, healthier working environment.
