Sports medicine
We perform preventive examinations of athletes for self-payers and at the expense of the ZZZS for all registered and categorized athletes without a referral.

The Slovenian Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) provides an examination for all categorized athletes every year and for registered athletes up to the age of 26 every two years. You do not need a referral. The examination covers all basic necessary examinations and can be expanded if necessary depending on the specifics of the athlete or his discipline.
If you are not sure whether you have a valid categorization or registered athlete status, you can check yourself at https://olympic.si/evidenca by searching for your name or we can help you find it. Before registering for the review, we advise you to check your status so that the review can proceed faster.
You do not need to come to the examination fasting. Bring all important medical documentation so that we can provide you with appropriate, quick and comprehensive advice and determine any further necessary tests.
